Initiation of the Total Health Index (THI) at Dalhousie University (90-minute workshop) In 2017, Dalhousie University partnered with Morneau Shepell to implement the THI assessment. The purpose was to identify risk factors in employee health. Bullying and harassment were noted as opportunities, while diversity and inclusiveness were noted as strengths. In addition, coping skills and culture were identified as key drivers of employee health.
